Island Phosphate Hi P 0-11-0 (5 lb Box) is a high-phosphorus fossilized seabird guano collected from abandoned migratory bird roosting areas. The phosphorus is readily available and the high humus content makes it an excellent soil builder, with effectiveness maximized by foliar application.

How to use

Work or water it into the soil at 5 lb per 100 sq ft. For a foliar spray or injectable solution, prepare a guano tea by steeping 3 to 5 lb in 5 to 10 gallons of water for 1 to 2 days, then strain and dilute to 2 to 4 Tbs per gallon before spraying. Filtered tea can be used in fertigation and drip systems.
