How to grow
Sow in fall or spring at a depth of 1/8 inch in soil with excellent drainage, in full sun. Seeds germinate in 15 to 30 days. Thin to 1 to 2 feet apart once plants reach about 3 feet tall, which they top out at 3 to 4 feet. Native to southern Europe and hardy through USDA zones 3 to 9, blooming late spring into early summer.
