Limited release dark chocolate bar combining single-origin El Carmen Nicaraguan cacao with sun-dried Zanzibar black peppercorns from Burlap and Barrel. The earthy, caramel-rich El Carmen cacao meets bright, lemony, spicy hand-picked peppercorns from small Zanzibar farms. The result builds slowly from sweet caramel into a long, spicy, citrus-pepper finish.
