How to grow
Sow indoors in flats 6 to 8 weeks before the last frost at a depth of 1/4 inch in fertile soil rich in compost, pH 5.5 to 7.0. Thin to 2 inches apart after the first true leaves, then harden off before transplanting. Grow in full sun, spacing plants 3 to 4 feet apart, and soak the soil 4 to 6 inches deep at 7-day intervals. Pick fruit early when it gives slightly under pressure, since the thin skins can crack if fully ripened on the vine.
Flavor profile
Intensely sweet and bold with a rich, wild tomato taste and juicy, thin-skinned fruit.
