How to use
Cook until tender and serve like farro or brown rice, or mill into fresh whole grain einkorn flour. Store in an airtight container in a cool pantry away from sunlight for up to 2 months; for longer storage, or in kitchens often above 75F, keep in the fridge or freezer. Berries can be milled or cooked directly from cold storage.
