Organic Guatemala Huehuetenango is a medium-light roast, single-origin organic coffee from Centri Coffee, grown in the isolated western region of Huehuetenango by the ASOPCE cooperative. More than 450 families work together through the cooperative, each using their own micro-mill for meticulous processing. On the cupping table it stood out for chocolate, caramel, and citrus.
