Paper Tree Wrap (4" x 150')

Paper Tree Wrap (4" x 150') is a double-layered kraft paper wrap with an asphalt-based core that protects young tree trunks from sunscald, frost injury, windburn, insects, and physical damage. It is waterproof yet breathable, allowing air to circulate around the bark to help prevent disease, and it suits both organic and sustainable growing systems.

At a glance

• Material: Two layers of kraft paper with an asphalt-based core
• Size: 4 inches wide by 150 feet long
• Texture: Crinkled for up to 33-1/3% stretch
• Protection: Waterproof and breathable; guards against sunscald, frost, windburn, and pests
• Use on: Young fruit and shade trees

Best for

• Protecting newly planted fruit and shade trees
• Preventing winter sunscald and frost cracking
• Shielding bark from windburn and abrasion
• Deterring trunk-feeding insects
• Orchards and home landscapes needing repeated seasonal use

How to use

Wrap the trunk in an overlapping spiral from the base upward, letting the crinkled texture stretch for a snug fit. The 4-inch width gives full coverage, and the 150-foot roll wraps multiple trees or supports several seasons of use. To add protection against crawling insects, paint Stiky Stuff over the wrap.
