How to grow

Direct sow 1/4 to 1/2 inch deep starting 4 to 6 weeks before the last frost at a soil temperature of 50 to 85°F, with germination in 2 to 14 days. Grow in full sun, thinning to 4 inches apart, and sow every 2 weeks through mid-summer for a continuous harvest. Pick a few greens while plants are young, then harvest roots at 3 to 4 inches; store roots in cool, moist conditions.
