Queen Anne's Lace (Ammi majus), also called Bishop's Flower, is an open-pollinated annual that blooms heavily its first year and returns if allowed to set seed. Its lacy white flowers make excellent cut stems and draw beneficial insects to the garden. This 1/4 lb quantity covers approximately 1,000 square feet when broadcast.

How to grow

Sow 1/8 inch deep in fall or spring after the danger of frost has passed, with germination in 7 to 30 days. Grow in full sun in well-drained soil with moderate water, and thin to 12 inches apart. Sow every 2 weeks for successive blooms, and let plants set seed to return the following year.
