Queen Right Dial - Max

The Queen Right Dial Max is a two-dial hive indicator that shows queen status and your next beekeeping action right on the hive. Install it once and rotate the dials after each inspection to keep colony status visible at a glance, with a center strip for marking queen age by year.

At a glance

• Type: Dual-dial queen and action indicator
• Dial one, queen status: Green mated, yellow virgin, blue swarm cells, purple supersedure cells, red queenless
• Dial two, next action: Yellow feed, brown harvest, orange treat, green inspect, red add space
• Center strip: Erasable queen age by international year color code
• Decals: Water and fade resistant
• Includes: Dual base plate, two dial plates, and mounting screws

Best for

• Tracking queen status and next steps on the hive
• Avoiding forgotten inspections or missed treatments
• Managing many colonies at a glance
• Recording queen age by year

How to use

Mount the Max to the lid or side of your hive with the included screws. After each inspection, turn dial one to the queen's status and dial two to the next required action. Use the center strip with a dry-erase marker to record the year your queen was mated, following the international color code.
