About Goodnow Farms Chocolate

They source Esmeraldas beans from the Salazar family, who handpicked three Nacional varietals and built their own fermentation and drying facility in Same, Ecuador. At the Sudbury farm, beans are sorted, roasted, cracked and winnowed in small batches.
