Just like Ar de Arte's other flagship tins, these sardines also hail from the Rías Baixas ("lower estuaries") of Galicia. Each sardine is cleaned by hand with a splash of seawater and then lightly roasted over an open flame. They're hand-packed into this tin, offering an eye-catching arrangement once you peel back the aluminum top.

Don't forget to enjoy the delicious extra virgin olive oil in which these little pilchards bathe. And if you love sardines as much as we do, then you'll also appreciate these for their versatility.
