How to brew

Best enjoyed as a flash brew over ice. Use a 1:16 ratio, such as 20 g of medium-fine coffee with 160 g of hot water (90 to 96 C) poured over 160 g of ice, blooming first then pouring in concentric circles so the brew drips onto the ice and chills instantly. Available in whole bean and ground for cold brew, French press, Chemex, drip, pour over, Moka pot, and espresso.
