How to grow
Sow 1 to 2 inches deep once soil warms to 75 to 85 degrees, with germination in 7 to 14 days. Plant in full sun in nutrient-rich, well-draining soil and thin to 8 to 10 inches apart. Grow in blocks of several short rows rather than one long row to aid pollination. To protect supersweet quality, isolate from other corn types. Harvest when kernels are plump and milky.
Flavor profile
Very sweet and juicy with a crunchy, crisp supersweet texture.
