Tidy Tips (Layia platyglossa) is a low-growing California native annual with cheerful yellow daisy-like flowers tipped in fringed white. Its narrow, soft, grey-green leaves and drought tolerance make it a standout in wildflower plantings, and its nectar is a favorite of the endangered Checkerspot Butterfly.
