How to grow
Sow seeds in flats 6 to 8 weeks before the last frost, 1/4 inch deep, with germination in 6 to 12 days at 70 to 85 degrees. Thin to 2 inches apart after the first true leaves appear, then harden off and transplant after the last frost. Grow in full sun in fertile soil rich in organic matter with a pH of 5.5 to 7.0, soaking the soil 4 to 6 inches deep at 7-day intervals. Stake or cage the vigorous plants and harvest when fruits give slightly under finger pressure.
Flavor profile
Rich, sweet, and well-balanced with a classic old-time tomato taste and low acidity.
