How to grow
Sow shelled raw peanuts about 1 to 2 inches deep in loose, well-drained soil and full sun after the soil warms. As the plants flower, the pegs bend down and bury into the soil where the pods form. Keep evenly watered and harvest by digging up the whole plant once the foliage yellows in fall, then cure the pods before storing.
Flavor profile
Rich, classic roasted-peanut flavor with large, satisfying nuts.
