Wild Lingonberry Jam from Alaska Wild Harvest

Lingonberries, or low-bush cranberries, are tart, intensely flavorful, and nutritious. In good berry years they carpet theAlaska tundra and forest floor. They have even more antioxidants than blueberries and some reports suggest health beneifts including for digestive ailments, high cholesterol, high blood pressure, infections, and even cancer.

This jam contains 60% lingonberries, sugar, Alaska wildflower honey, and a bit of orange peel. No pectin is needed.
