Artisan Salami Antipasto Platter

Ingredients

  • House Salami Trio Gift Box (3 varieties)
  • Assorted artisanal cheeses (8 oz)
  • Marinated olives (1 cup)
  • Marinated artichoke hearts (1 cup)
  • Roasted red peppers (1 cup)
  • Fresh figs or dried fruit (1/2 cup)
  • Crusty bread or crostini
  • Fresh herbs and extra virgin olive oil

Instructions

  1. Let salami come to room temperature for 15 minutes.
  2. Arrange cheeses on a large wooden board, cut into slices and wedges.
  3. Arrange the three varieties of salami around the cheeses.
  4. Add bowls or piles of olives, artichoke hearts, peppers, and fruit.
  5. Place crusty bread around the board.
  6. Tuck fresh herbs between items for color and aroma.
  7. Drizzle olive oil over cheeses and artichokes before serving.
