Fir Honey & Goat Cheese Crostini

Delicate fir honey drizzled over creamy goat cheese on crispy crostini.

Ingredients

  • 1 French baguette, thinly sliced
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 8 ounces fresh goat cheese
  • 1/4 cup Fir Trees Honey
  • 2 tablespoons fresh thyme
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon cracked pepper
  • Fleur de sel

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F.
  2. Brush baguette with olive oil, bake 4 minutes.
  3. Flip and bake 2-3 more minutes until golden.
  4. Cool slightly.
  5. Spread goat cheese on each crostini.
  6. Drizzle with fir honey.
  7. Sprinkle with thyme, salt, pepper, and fleur de sel.
