Delicate fir honey drizzled over creamy goat cheese on crispy crostini.

Ingredients
- 1 French baguette, thinly sliced
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 8 ounces fresh goat cheese
- 1/4 cup Fir Trees Honey
- 2 tablespoons fresh thyme
- 1 teaspoon sea salt
- 1/2 teaspoon cracked pepper
- Fleur de sel
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F.
- Brush baguette with olive oil, bake 4 minutes.
- Flip and bake 2-3 more minutes until golden.
- Cool slightly.
- Spread goat cheese on each crostini.
- Drizzle with fir honey.
- Sprinkle with thyme, salt, pepper, and fleur de sel.
