Ghee-Basted Herb Steak

Luxurious grass-fed ghee infused with fresh herbs for an indulgent steak.

Ingredients
- 4 NY strip steaks
- 4 tablespoons Organic Grass Fed Ghee
- 4 cloves garlic, smashed
- 3 sprigs rosemary
- 3 sprigs thyme
- Sea salt and pepper
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Instructions
- Rest steaks 30 minutes at room temperature, season generously.
- Heat cast-iron until smoking.
- Add oil, sear steaks 3-4 minutes per side.
- Reduce heat, add ghee, garlic, herbs.
- Baste steaks with herb-infused ghee 2-3 minutes.
- Rest 5 minutes before serving.
- Drizzle with remaining herb ghee.
