Granola Yogurt Parfait with Fresh Berries

A beautiful, simple breakfast parfait layering creamy yogurt, crunchy gr8nola, and fresh berries. Ready in minutes.

Ingredients

  • The Original gr8nola (1 cup)
  • Plain or vanilla Greek yogurt (1.5 cups)
  • Fresh blueberries (1 cup)
  • Fresh strawberries (1 cup, sliced)
  • Fresh raspberries (1/2 cup)
  • Honey or maple syrup (1-2 tablespoons)
  • Fresh mint leaves (optional)

Instructions

  1. Choose two beautiful glasses or bowls.
  2. Divide half the yogurt between the glasses.
  3. Add a layer of fresh berries.
  4. Sprinkle 1/4 cup gr8nola over the berries in each glass.
  5. Add remaining yogurt on top.
  6. Top with more berries, remaining gr8nola, and a drizzle of honey.
  7. Garnish with mint if desired. Serve immediately for maximum crunch.
