Ingredients

  • 1 package All Beef Summer Sausage, sliced
  • 8 oz aged cheddar cheese, cubed
  • 8 oz brie cheese
  • 6 oz prosciutto or salami
  • 2 cups fresh grapes
  • 1 cup dried apricots
  • 1 cup marcona almonds
  • 8 oz sharp gouda cheese, sliced
  • Whole grain and herb crackers
  • Dijon mustard and fig jam for serving

Instructions

  1. Arrange a large wooden board or platter as your base.
  2. Slice All Beef Summer Sausage into coins and arrange across the board.
  3. Place brie in center, cheddar cubes in clusters nearby.
  4. Fold or roll prosciutto and place in groupings.
  5. Add sliced gouda in overlapping patterns.
  6. Fill spaces with grapes, dried apricots, and almonds.
  7. Place small bowls of mustard and fig jam on the board.
  8. Arrange crackers around the edges.
  9. Serve at room temperature.
