Krauts may leak a little during shipment. Please rinse off and put in fridge. Krauts are naturally fermented and can tolerate short temperature changes for travel but may get gassy on the road.
PLEASE NOTE: Our sauerkraut is fresh and unpasteurized. Bubbling, leaking, or spewing may occur due to natural fermentation. This is completely normal. Enjoy your kraut!
