Coco Peat (700 g Brick)

Coco Peat (700 g Brick) is a renewable, eco-friendly alternative to peat moss made from coconut coir. Compressed at a 1:5 ratio, the brick expands into fluffy, dark brown, great-smelling peat when water is added. It lasts about three times longer than peat moss and holds 8 to 9 times its weight in water.

How to use

Place the 700 gram brick in a container and add water; it will expand into loose, dark brown coir. Mix it into potting soil or garden beds to improve water and nutrient retention, or use on its own for seed starting. The near-neutral pH of 5.7 to 6.8 suits a wide range of plants.
