Gloriosa Daisy (Rudbeckia gloriosa) is an open-pollinated tender perennial that produces huge 6 to 8" blooms in deep orange, yellow, and red. A cultivar of native North American Rudbeckia, it offers an exceptional cut flower with a vase life of up to two weeks. This 1/4 lb size covers roughly 1,000 square feet.

How to grow

Sow in fall or spring at 1/16" deep, using about 1/4 lb per 1,000 square feet. Germination takes 7-14 days. Thin to 12" to 15" apart. Grow in full sun to light shade with moderate water; plants tolerate rocky soil. Expect 24" to 30" plants that bloom from summer into fall.
