Ligurian Black Olive Paste (90g)

The Taggiasca olives used in Frantoio's Ligurean Black Olive Paste (90g) are hand-sorted and grown on the Ligurian coast 200-500 meters above sea level.

The Black Olive Paste is made using Ligurian Stoned Black Olives, Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Salt, Rosemary, Thyme, Balsamic Vinegar, and Extra Virgin Olive Oil for an intense and vivacious flavor. 

Frantoio's Ligurian Black Olive Paste is ideal as a garnish for charcuterie trays, or to simply pair with fresh bread. You may also use it to finish a fish or pasta dish.
