How to grow
Plant in hills or mounds with plenty of added organic matter, sowing 6 to 7 seeds per hill and thinning to the 3 best vines. In cool regions, start indoors 10 to 14 days before the last frost, or sow directly when soil reaches at least 70°F. Space plants 18 inches apart if trellised or 36 inches if left to sprawl. Harvest while small to medium for best flavor, and keep picking, even misshapen fruit, to keep vines productive.
Flavor profile
Mild, crisp, and refreshing with no bitterness and a tender, burpless texture, sweet enough to eat fresh off the vine.
