How to grow

Sow 1/8 inch deep in soil between 60 and 80°F; seeds germinate in 5 to 10 days. Grow in full sun to part shade in nutrient-rich, well-draining soil, thinning to 10 to 12 inches apart. Its upright habit keeps leaves clean, and strong bolt resistance maintains quality even in high temperatures. Heads mature in about 55 days.
