How to grow
Sow 1/4 inch deep in soil at 70 to 85°F; germination takes 7 to 14 days. Grow in full sun in rich, well-draining soil and space plants 24 to 36 inches apart. As an indeterminate, the vines reach 5 to 7 feet and benefit from staking or a trellis. Fruit matures in about 80 days, with a continuous harvest through the season.
Flavor profile
Rich and tangy with dense, meaty flesh and minimal seeds. The ribbed fruit is beautiful sliced with fresh mozzarella, basil, olive oil, and balsamic. Cooking the tomatoes in oil increases absorption of their lycopene.
