Pest Wizard Citrus Mealybug Lure 3-Pack

The Pest Wizard Citrus Mealybug Lure 3-Pack is a set of non-toxic 30-day pheromone lures that selectively attract citrus mealybug (Planococcus citri) for monitoring with a delta trap.

At a glance

• Type: Pheromone monitoring lure
• Target pest: Citrus mealybug (Planococcus citri)
• Quantity: 3 lures
• Lure life: About 30 days each
• Profile: Non-toxic
• Pairs with: Pest Wizard paper delta trap, sold separately

Best for

• Monitoring citrus mealybug activity
• Limiting honeydew and sooty mold on fruit and leaves
• Citrus orchards and home gardens
• Refreshing an existing mealybug trap setup
• Integrated pest management programs

How to use

Attach a lure to a Pest Wizard paper delta trap to draw in citrus mealybugs for monitoring. Because mealybugs excrete a sugary honeydew that can lead to sooty mold on fruit and leaves, early detection helps you act in time. Replace each lure about every 30 days as it loses potency, and swap traps as they fill with insects.
