Pest Wizard Yellow Scale Lure 3-Pack

The Pest Wizard Yellow Scale Lure 3-Pack is a set of three non-toxic pheromone lures that attract male yellow scale (Aonidiella citrina) for monitoring citrus trees. Paired with sticky traps, the lures give organic citrus growers a chemical-free way to track this sap-feeding pest and time control before it weakens trees and reduces yields.

At a glance

• Type: Pheromone attractant lure, 3-pack
• Target: Male yellow scale (Aonidiella citrina)
• Lure life: Three 30-day lures
• Use with: Pest Wizard Yellow Scale Trap Kit or sticky traps (sold separately)
• Host: Citrus trees
• Timing: Spring through fall, or year-round in warm climates and greenhouses

Best for

• Monitoring citrus orchards and trees for scale activity
• Tracking male flights to time control measures
• Detecting pressure before scale weakens trees and cuts yields
• Citrus IPM programs
• Refreshing an existing yellow scale trap kit

How to use

Attach a lure to the trap in your yellow scale kit or a sticky trap and hang it in the citrus canopy. Replace each lure about every 30 days, or per the life indicated on the package, and swap traps as they fill with insects.
