How to grow
Start seeds 1/4 inch deep at a soil temperature of 70 to 85°F, with germination in 7 to 14 days. Grow in full sun and provide sturdy support for the 5 to 7 foot indeterminate vines, spacing plants 24 to 36 inches apart. Fruit ripens in about 70 days. Cooking tomatoes in a little oil increases the absorption of lycopene.
Flavor profile
Sweet and complex with a rich, well-balanced taste typical of top heirloom tomatoes.
