- Two 6 oz. blocks of Fratello, an Italian-style cheese
- One 5 oz. block of our 7-year aged Trappiste Ale-Washed Gouda
- One 5 ox. block of our 15-year Aged Cheddar
- Two 5 oz. blocks of our extra sharp and rich 8-year-aged Cheddar
*Trappiste is not vegetarian and is made with animal rennet in a separate facility with to avoid cross-contamination.

We take care to protect the integrity of your cheese in transit. Our vacuum-sealed, hard cheeses are safe outside of refrigeration in transit. If temperatures are above 60 degrees in your location, we ship in insulated boxes with gel ice packs to protect your shipment, at no extra charge. -

8-year Aged Cheddar: Cultured pasteurized milk, salt, enzymes, may contain annatto (color).
15-year Aged Cheddar: Cultured pasteurized milk, salt, enzymes, may contain annatto (color).
Fratello: Cultured pasteurized milk, salt, enzymes.
