Smoked Cheddar, called Cinderblock, is a 6 oz cheddar smoked over applewood and hickory in an authentic smokehouse, made by Cheese Brothers in Stanley, Wisconsin. The kindled applewood and hickory chips give it a rich, robust smoke. It is aged two to twelve months for a smoky, rich, slightly sharp flavor.
