Smoked Mozzarella, called Nonna Mozz, is a 6 oz naturally smoked mozzarella made the old-fashioned way by Cheese Brothers in Stanley, Wisconsin. Naturally smoked in the Wisconsin packhouse, it is rich and smooth with deep smoky flavor. It is aged two to twelve months.
