Soil Test Thermometer
Soil Test Thermometer
The Soil Test Thermometer is a Taylor dial thermometer with a 5 inch probe for monitoring soil at optimum germination temperatures. It reads from 20 to 180 degrees F, making it useful both for timing planting and for checking soil mixes during sterilization or pasteurization. Knowing soil temperature helps you avoid diseases like pythium (damping off). A clip is included for securing it to pots.
