How to use

Place the screen in the ring of a wide-mouthed Mason jar and screw it on over your sprouting seeds. Soak the seeds, then tip the jar to drain and rinse through the mesh a couple of times a day. Keep the jar at an angle for airflow until the sprouts are ready, then rinse the screen clean for the next batch.
