How to grow

Sow 1 inch deep once soil reaches 70 to 85 degrees, with germination in 4 to 12 days, though this variety also emerges well in cooler soils. Grow in full sun in nutrient-rich, well-draining soil and thin to 8 to 10 inches apart. Plant in blocks of several short rows rather than one long row to aid pollination. Harvest when kernels are plump and milky.

Flavor profile

Sweet and tender with the crisp, fresh taste of homegrown bi-color corn.
