Espresso Tiramisu with Dark Cocoa

An elegant no-bake tiramisu featuring bold Supernova espresso layered with creamy mascarpone and dusted with cocoa.

Ingredients

  • 6 Supernova espresso shots (or 3/4 cup brewed espresso)
  • 3 tablespoons coffee liqueur or coffee syrup
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 pound mascarpone cheese, room temperature
  • 3/4 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 24 ladyfinger cookies
  • Unsweetened cocoa powder for dusting

Instructions

  1. Brew Supernova espresso and stir in coffee liqueur and sugar while hot. Let cool to room temperature.
  2. In a bowl, beat mascarpone with powdered sugar until smooth and creamy.
  3. In another bowl, whip heavy cream to stiff peaks.
  4. Gently fold whipped cream into the mascarpone mixture.
  5. Quickly dip each ladyfinger into the cooled espresso mixture and arrange in a single layer in a 9x13 dish.
  6. Spread half the mascarpone cream over the first layer of ladyfingers, then repeat with another layer of dipped cookies and remaining cream.
  7. Dust generously with cocoa powder and refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
