Almendra Blanca
Almendra Blanca
77% single-origin dark chocolate bar made from rare white Almendra Blanca cacao beans grown by Vicente Cacep at Hacienda Jesus Maria in Tabasco, Mexico. Despite the high cacao content, the bar is unusually light in color because the beans are white rather than purple, a natural genetic variation. The Cacep family has farmed cacao for over 80 years, and Goodnow Farms manages the entire export and import process from his farm.
