Asochivite
Asochivite
Single-origin Guatemalan dark chocolate bar made from wild-harvested cacao by the Q'eqchi Maya farmers of San Juan Chivite. Beans are gathered from wild trees around the village and fermented and dried at two community-built facilities. Goodnow Farms helped fund an updated facility and now works with the original ten farmers on a custom harvest, fermentation and drying protocol crafted exclusively for them.
