Acetaia Malpighi Gold IGP balsamic vinegar of Modena, aged 15+ years, made from 80% aged grape must and 20% wine vinegar with a density of 1.34. A naturally thick, syrupy balsamic from a fifth-generation Modenese acetaia (founded 1850). Vegan, gluten-free, and made with no caramel, no thickeners, no colorants, and no added sugar.
