How to grow
Sow 1/4" to 1/2" deep in nutrient-rich, well-drained soil, germinating in 5 to 10 days. Grow in partial sun and thin or transplant to 15" to 18" apart, closer than most cabbages thanks to the compact habit. This cold-tolerant variety performs in both spring and fall gardens and resists Yellows disease.
Flavor profile
Sweet and mild with crisp, tender leaves and a firm texture that holds up in cooking.
