About this bar
This is a truly unique bar. We craft it using our own, freshly pressed cocoa butter, which retains all the robust flavors of our single origin cacao. We then add cacao fruit pulp we source directly from from Cocoa Supply, a family owned business based in Ecuador. They work directly with their farmers and producers, and pay prices above Fair Trade minimums. The addition of the cacao fruit gives this bar distinct tropical flavor notes. This is a medley of cacao flavor you'll truly find nowhere else. It's as close to tasting a ripe cacao fruit as you can get without having your own cacao tree!
