Goodnow Farms is a Sudbury, Massachusetts bean-to-bar maker that presses its own single origin cocoa butter. The Zorzal Reserve in the Dominican Republic, founded by Charles Kerchner in 2012, was established to protect biodiversity and pay local farmers above-market prices.
