About Goodnow Farms Chocolate
Goodnow Farms is a Sudbury, Massachusetts bean-to-bar maker and one of the only producers in the US to press its own cocoa butter. Vicente Cacep ferments and dries his beans on-farm in Tabasco, Mexico, and Goodnow is believed to be the only US chocolate maker working with his harvest.
