Goodnow Farms roasts and winnows their fine flavor Esmeraldas nibs, steeps them in rum to absorb the complex spirit character, then dries them before grinding. Freshly pressed, single-origin Esmeraldas cocoa butter is added for an exceptionally smooth, deeply flavorful bar.
