How to grow
Direct seed 1/2 to 1 inch deep in early spring as soon as the soil can be worked, with soil temperatures of 50 to 80 degrees and germination in 6 to 10 days. Grow in full sun in well-drained, fertile, slightly acidic to neutral soil and thin to 2 to 4 inches apart. Provide a fence or trellis at planting for best yields and easier picking, and water adequately for high yield. Harvest when the peas enlarge in the pods, and pick often to keep plants producing.
Flavor profile
Sweet and crunchy with juicy, snackable pods.
