Preparing traditional matcha at home, tea ceremonies, and daily matcha rituals. A standout first tool for anyone building a matcha kit.
How to use
Before the first use, soak the tines in warm water for about a minute to soften them. Add sifted matcha and a small amount of hot (not boiling) water, then whisk briskly in a light W or M motion until a fine froth forms. Rinse with warm water after each use and air dry upright or on a whisk stand to help the tines keep their shape.
